Our office is located at No.1, State Bank Colony, on the 2nd Street in Rajakilpakkam. We are right near the Indian Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us in this part of Chennai. Ublis India Pvt Ltd is just a group of people working together in a quiet neighborhood. It isn't a high-rise building with elevators. It is more of a regular house that we converted into an office space. We have the usual stuff like computers, a few printers, and some mismatched chairs. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional bike or the vegetable seller going by. We start our day early to beat the Chennai heat, but by afternoon, the fans are all on full speed. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just talk about what needs to be done and then get to it. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the small pantry area, talking about movies or local news. It is a simple setup. We deal with whatever work comes our way, mostly sticking to our tasks and making sure the clients are okay with the progress. It is not a fancy operation, just a small company trying to do a good job from a quiet street in Rajakilpakkam. We like the fact that it feels local and unpretentious.
