Adhvikas

Adhvikas is based at Plot No-25 on 5th Main Street in M.V.M Nagar. We turned the ground floor of this building into our workspace a few years ago. It’s a relatively quiet street with some nice trees that provide shade during the hot parts of the day. Our office is quite informal, with some mismatched chairs and a large table in the middle where we spread out our plans and drawings. There is no receptionist here; the front door is usually unlocked during the day, and you can just walk right in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through various documents related to our projects. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee and keep our lunch boxes. The walls are mostly bare except for a few maps of the local area. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, and we don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. Sometimes we stay late when we are in the middle of something important, and other times we leave a bit early if the work is done. We’ve become friends with many of the people living on 5th Main Street over the years. It’s a practical and honest place to work, focusing on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary fluff or drama. We just want to get through our daily list and keep the business running smoothly.
