At Adams Technologies Pvt Ltd., we are over at 1/59 Buddher Street in Sembakkam. Sembakkam is a growing area, and Buddher Street is a typical local road with a mix of small shops and houses. Our office at 1/59 is a modest setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see everyone at their stations. The desks are crowded with monitors and cables, and there is usually a stack of hard drives or spare parts sitting on the floor in the corner. The walls are white but have some marks from where we’ve moved furniture around over the years. We have a big water cooler near the door that everyone gathers around when it gets really hot outside, which is basically all the time here. There is a window that looks out onto the street, so we see the school kids walking home and the local vendors going by with their carts. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, but we have everything we need to do our work inside. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable for the weather. It is a simple operation on a quiet street where we just focus on the day-to-day tasks.
