Triambika

Triambika is tucked away on Patel Street, specifically at Plot No.14 in Vijayalakshmipuram. We are quite close to the Ambattur Bus Stop, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about nearby. It’s a handy spot for locals to find us without having to travel too far out of their way. we started this place because we wanted something of our own in the area. The shop isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most mornings start with opening the shutters and sweeping the front step before the first bus commuters start walking past. It gets a little crowded during the peak hours, especially with the traffic from the main road spilling over. We have a few chairs for people to sit if they have to wait, though it’s nothing fancy. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on Patel Street pretty well over the years. It feels like a little community here. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just see the sign when they’re heading to the bus or hear about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we just deal with it and keep going. We handle the day-to-day tasks ourselves, from managing the books to talking with anyone who wanders in. It's a straightforward life here in Ambattur, just running the business and keeping things moving as best as we can every day.
