System 5S Pvt. Ltd. is based out of B - 4 in the Sidco Industrial Estate in Villivakkam. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have a garden or a big sign out front. We just have our unit where we get things done. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know the routines and we know how to handle the equipment. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy office furniture. We’d rather have tools and space that actually help us work. We deal with a lot of different requests throughout the week. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast. Villivakkam is a good spot for us because it’s easy for transport. We don’t really do the whole corporate meeting thing. If there’s a problem, we just stand around the workspace and figure it out right then and there. It’s a very hands-on approach. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and keep the operations running smoothly. That’s how we’ve always done things at System 5S Pvt. Ltd.
