My name is Suresh and I’m based at No. 3 in Vaigai Nagar. That’s over in West Tambaram, Chennai. This part of the city has changed a lot lately, but our little corner remains the same. I’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. It’s a simple house, not a glass building with elevators. We have a small porch where I sometimes sit when I need a break from the screen. The 600 045 area is pretty convenient because the train station isn't too far away. I grew up in Chennai, so I’m used to the heat and the humidity. My workspace is just one room that I’ve set aside for the business. It’s filled with books and files that I’ve collected over the years. I don’t have any fancy signs outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. It’s a quiet street, which I appreciate. My routine is pretty much the same every day. I get in early, make some coffee, and start going through my tasks. There’s no big hierarchy here. If there’s a problem, I’m the one who fixes it. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary stress or corporate talk. I like to keep the windows open to catch the breeze, even if it brings in a little dust. It's better than sitting in a sealed room with the air conditioner on all day long.
