Ssss Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 139 in Karinya Village, which is part of the Perumbakkam area. It’s a bit different being in a village setting compared to a big city industrial park. Things move a little slower here, which isn't always a bad thing. Our building is surrounded by some greenery and other small houses, so it doesn’t feel like a cold factory environment. We have a small team of local people who come in every day to work on whatever is on the schedule. Most of us know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes the equipment acts up, but we figure it out as we go. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anyone telling us to use fancy marketing words. It’s just a simple operation where we try to stay busy and keep things moving. Sometimes the local cows even wander near the gate, which is something you wouldn't see in the city. The office is just a couple of desks near the main entrance where the phone rings occasionally. We spend most of our time on the floor or out back near the storage area. The name might be a bit odd to some, but it's what's on the sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our bit and go home to our families at the end of the day.
