Working out of Ambattur Industrial Estate means things are always moving. Our place is No129 Sriram Flats on Atthipattu Road. It’s right across from India Land and Wapco TVS is nearby too, so it’s easy to find if you’re familiar with this side of Chennai. We do technical work, fixing things and handling various maintenance tasks that people bring to us. The heat in the industrial estate can be pretty rough during the summer months, but the fans keep things moving inside. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with tools and parts that we need for the day’s jobs. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we know most of the people running the shops nearby. You won't find any slick marketing brochures here. We just write down what needs doing on a notepad and get to it. Sometimes we’re out at a site for most of the day, so the office stays quiet until we get back in the evening. There’s always a bit of noise from the main road and the factories around us, but that’s just life in Ambattur. We take on whatever technical jobs come our way, from small repairs to slightly bigger stuff. We don’t make big promises, we just try to do the task right so it doesn’t break again next week. It’s a regular job for us and we just keep at it day by day.
