Our office for Riverstone Infotech is located at 6, M.T.H. Road in Padi. It’s an area that’s pretty grounded and feels quite industrial, which actually suits the way we work. We aren't in some fancy glass skyscraper; it’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our computers and servers to get the job done. If you come by to see us, you’ll see it’s a fairly simple and unadorned setup. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the tech work we do every day. There’s usually a bit of dust from the heavy road traffic outside, and we often have to keep the windows shut to block out the noise of the trucks. We spend our time working on various software projects and helping local people with their IT problems. It’s a small group of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to debugging a piece of code that’s acting up. We don't have a dress code or anything official like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk for a long time. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some packets of biscuits. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when we're finished. There’s no big corporate mystery to it.
