Our office is sitting over in S Block, specifically at S5, in the Chennai 600019 area. We do software work here at Q3 India. It’s a typical setup with some desks and computers and usually not enough coffee to go around on Monday mornings. Being in Chennai, the weather is always a main topic of conversation while we're sitting inside working on code. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time now. The 1030 number is what you should look for when you're walking down the block. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything special, just a practical space where we get the projects finished. Some days the internet is fast, other days we just wait it out and talk about the cricket scores. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too terrible compared to others, though the traffic near S Block can get pretty jammed up around five o'clock in the evening. We don't really do big meetings with people in suits, we just sit down and figure out the bugs in the systems. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time except when the delivery bikes go past. We have a few small plants near the window that probably need more water than they actually get from us. We just keep our heads down and handle the software side of things for the people who need it. If you happen to be in this part of town, you might see us heading out for a quick lunch at the local food stalls nearby. It’s just how we run things here, nothing more to it than that.
