Started a few years back in Poonamallee. We deal with computers and stuff. People come in when things break or they need something new. It’s a small place. The shop is on a busy street. Sometimes it's noisy. We just try to get the work done. If a laptop screen is cracked, we fix it. Sometimes it takes a day or two depending on parts. It’s not fancy. Just me and a couple of guys working here. We've seen a lot of changes in technology since we opened. Most folks around here know us by now. We don't do much advertising. Just word of mouth mostly. If you walk past the main junction, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special but it works. We handle software issues too. Viruses and things like that are common. We just sit at the back and tinker with boards and wires. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of work. It gets dusty in the shop, but that's how it is. We drink tea from the stall next door while we work. It keeps us going through the afternoon. People bring in their old PCs and ask if they can be saved. Sometimes they can, sometimes they can't. We tell them straight. No point in wasting money on something that's too far gone. We also help people set up their small office networks. It's a lot of cables and frustration sometimes. We just keep at it until the lights blink the right way. That’s how we run things here in Poonamallee.
