You can find Pkr Solutions over at Ragamalika Phase-1, specifically at units 3 and 4. We are located on Velachery Road in Medavakkam, which is a pretty active area these days. Our setup is simple and practical. We have enough room for our equipment and a place for customers to sit while we talk about what is wrong with their machines. We aren't some big tech firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who have lived in this area for years. We know the local crowd and the kind of problems they usually run into with their home office setups or personal laptops. Sometimes we have to go out to people's houses if the problem is with their networking or a heavy printer, but mostly we are right here at the shop. The shelves are usually full of spare parts and older machines we use for testing. It might look a little disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people; we just explain things in plain English. If something is going to take a week to fix, we don't promise it in two days. We find that being realistic helps everyone in the long run. It is a steady way to live, and we like the independence of running our own small shop in this part of town.
