P/G Software

P/G Software is located on Nakeeran Street in Chennai. We’ve been at 3/69 for a long time now. It’s a regular street with a lot of life going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us staring at screens for most of the day. We don’t have those fancy modern offices with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just a couple of rooms with some decent computers and a lot of cables running along the floor where they shouldn't. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real headache for us, but we deal with it. We’re a small team, so if something breaks, one of us has to fix it ourselves. We don’t have an IT department to call. We just do the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic in the world, but they work well enough for us. We spend our days coding and testing things, and usually, there’s some cricket talk during the lunch break when things slow down. It’s a very laid-back environment here. We don’t have dress codes or formal meetings with agendas. We just talk across the desks when we need to figure something out. It’s been this way for years. We like being on Nakeeran Street because it feels like home. We’re just a local software outfit trying to keep our heads down and get the job done right every single day.
