Padmasri Inc. is located at number 7 on Thulasi Street, just off K.K. Road in Ambattur. We are in the Xi Line area, which is usually quite busy with people going about their business. Our shop is a straightforward place where we handle all kinds of computer-related tasks. It isn't a massive operation, just a few of us who know our way around a PC. We started this because there was a need for a reliable place nearby where people could bring their gadgets without much fuss. The shop is often filled with the sound of cooling fans and the occasional beep from a motherboard. We have a lot of regular customers from the Ambattur area who stop by whenever their internet acts up or they need a new part installed. It’s not always pretty—there are cables running along the walls and stacks of spare monitors in the corners—but it works for us. We don't like using complicated jargon to explain what's wrong. We just tell you what needs to be done and how long it might take. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to wait for a delivery, but we try to keep people updated. It’s a local business, through and through. We know our customers by name and they know where to find us when things go wrong with their tech. It’s not fancy, but we get the machines running again and that is what matters.
