New Tech is located at No.32 on Bala Vinayagar Koil Street. We’re tucked away in Vinayagapuram, which is part of Kolathur. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. The temple nearby gives the area its name and brings a bit of peace to the day. We’ve been operating out of this building for some years now. It’s a simple place with a few rooms and a lot of equipment. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who know each other well. We do our work and don't make much noise. People in Kolathur know where to find us if they need something. We don’t spend money on ads or social media. Most of our visitors are neighbors or people they’ve talked to. We keep things low-key. New Tech isn't about looking fancy. It’s about the work we do at No.32 every day. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded when it rains, but we’ve learned how to deal with that. We just move things to higher shelves. It’s part of the routine. Vinayagapuram is a nice place to be based. It feels more like a village sometimes than a city. We like the pace here. We open the doors, let the air in, and get started. There’s no big strategy, just getting through the tasks one by one.
