Kavinn Technology

Our place is at 10C, right on Perumal Koil Street. We are part of the Periyasekkadu area, specifically near the Madavaram Milk Colony. It's a well-known part of the city, and people often use the milk colony as a landmark when they are trying to find Kavinn Technology. The street itself, Perumal Koil Street, has its own rhythm. You see the same faces every morning when we open up. We don't have a big marketing department or anything polished like that. We are just a group of people working with technology in this corner of Madavaram. The building is a standard 10C unit, nothing that stands out too much from the rest of the block. We like it here because it's settled. Sometimes the cows from the colony area are around, which is just part of the local scenery. It’s not a corporate park; it’s a real neighborhood with real life happening all around us. We've set up our workspace to be functional rather than pretty. There's always something to fix or a project to finish. Most of the folks who come by are locals or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. We try to keep things low-key and just handle our business without making a big fuss. It’s a decent walk from the main bus stops, but not too bad. We've been at this address long enough that it feels permanent.
