Kathir B is the name on the door here at 1/196 Pilliyar Koil Street. We’re located in Palanthandalam, which is on the outskirts of Chennai. The pin code is 600044. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but I like it here. Being near the Pilliyar temple makes it easy for people to find us. I started this business a few years back because I wanted to stay close to home. It’s a modest setup. I don't have a receptionist or a big marketing team. If you call, you're usually talking to me directly. The street gets busy during the temple festivals, which is always nice to see. Most of our work comes from people nearby or folks who heard about us from a neighbor. I try to keep things straightforward. If I can't do something, I'll tell you straight up. I don't like wasting anyone's time. The workspace is a bit cramped because I have a lot of stuff stored, but I know where everything is. It’s a local Chennai business through and through. We deal with the humidity and the noise and just get on with it. I’m usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s just regular work for regular people.
