Our office for Ip Softcom (India) Pvt Ltd is located in Perumalagaram Village. This is in the Maduravoyal Taluk area of Chennai. We are on Plot No. 4. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city center, but we like being out here near Thiruerkadu. The area is a mix of old village spots and new developments. Our building is a simple structure that houses our computers and our small team. We work on software here. It’s a quiet place most of the time, which is good for the kind of work we do. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big lobby. You just walk in and we’re there at our desks. The Chennai weather is always a factor, so we keep the air conditioning running as much as we can. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and eat our lunch. Most of the people working here are locals from the Thiruerkadu or Maduravoyal areas. We have a set routine and we stick to it. We don’t spend much time on meetings that don’t matter. We just focus on the code and the projects we have on our plate. It’s a very grounded way to run a software company. We don’t pretend to be anything we’re not. We just provide a place for our staff to work and for the business to grow steadily.
