Our place is located at Plot No.3/86-E in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. Ambattur is a well-known hub for manufacturing, so we fit right in with the other shops around us. We have a fairly large space because the machines we deal with are quite big. It’s an industrial setting, so you’ll hear the sounds of heavy equipment and see people in overalls most of the time. The floor is solid and designed to hold the weight of the CNC units. We spend our days showing how the machines work or troubleshooting issues for people who use them. It can be quite loud when everything is running at once. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of us prefer being out where the machines are. The air smells a bit like coolant and metal, which is standard for this kind of work. We have been in this part of Chennai for a while and have seen the estate change over the years. We are not into big marketing pushes; we just show the machines and let them speak for themselves. The guys here are experts on the technical side of things and they don’t mind getting their hands dirty to figure out a problem. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment where we focus on the hardware and making sure it runs correctly for whoever bought it.
