We are Global E-Business Operations Pvt.Ltd. We have been in these flats for a while. It’s a residential area, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. We have a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. The walls are just plain white. We don't have any fancy decorations. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We start early to beat the heat. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we all go. The office is simple. We do a lot of computer work and handle stuff over the internet. Sometimes the connection slows down, and we just have to wait it out. It is a very normal workplace. We don't have meetings about things like culture or vision. We just come in, do what needs doing, and then go home to our families. The IHFD flats are easy to find once you get into the Pallavaram area. It’s a friendly place. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. We just like keeping things straightforward and honest. There isn't any big secret to how we work. We just show up and stay busy until the day is over.
