Cognizant Technologies

Our location is on Radha Nager Main Road in Chrompet, Chennai. It’s a very busy stretch of road, and we are right in the thick of it. The office for Cognizant Technologies is located in a building that faces the main road, so we get to see all the buses and bikes going past all day long. Chrompet is a crowded suburb, and Radha Nager is one of those places that never really sleeps. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s just an office in a local neighborhood. The stairs are a bit narrow and the building shows its age, but it works for us. We like being close to the railway station, which makes it easy for most of the staff to get here. There are plenty of shops and small hotels nearby where we can get South Indian breakfast or a quick coffee. The noise from the main road can be quite loud, but you eventually stop noticing it. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our workstations and a place to hang our bags. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We focus on our work and try to keep things running smoothly despite the heat and the noise outside.
