Our shop is located at number 89, right near the Raja Kadai Bus Stop on Thiruvottiyur High Road. If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic there, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a busy spot with people constantly coming and going from the buses. We handle a lot of different tech things here. It’s usually just us in the shop, surrounded by parts, cables, and screens that need fixing. The air conditioner works most days, which is a relief because the heat outside can be brutal. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front desk. It’s just a counter and some shelves. People drop by with their devices, often looking a bit frustrated because something stopped working. We take a look, see what can be done, and give them a straight answer. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s enough to keep us busy until late in the evening. The noise from the high road is something you just get used to after a while. We’ve been in Thiruvottiyur for a bit now and know many of the regulars who pass by. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the work right in front of us. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to get your phone or computer back in your hands so you can go about your day without any more technical trouble.
