Vishwakarma Fabrication

Vishwakarma Fabrication is located out in Katuda Village, right along the Dhangadhra Highway Road in Wadhwan Taluka. Being on the highway means we get a lot of dust and the constant sound of heavy trucks zooming past at all hours. Our shop is basically a large shed where we do all our welding and assembly. It’s a very rural setting, so when we look out the door, we see more fields and road than buildings. The work we do is mostly for the people in the village or for the transport companies that use the highway. We get a lot of repair work, things that have broken down on the road and need a quick fix. Our tools are well-used and a bit greasy, but they get the job done. We don't have a set schedule like a big office does. If there’s work to be done, we stay until it’s finished, and if things are quiet, we might sit on some old tires and watch the traffic go by. The weather really dictates our day. If it’s raining hard, the water sometimes leaks through the roof, and we have to move our machines to the dry spots. It’s a simple existence, focused on the practicalities of metal and fire. We don't put much stock in appearances, as long as the welds are strong and the customers are satisfied with the work.
