Vraj Chaya Sarees

Our shop is located at 57 Shankersheth Road, right inside the building known as Captain House. We are very close to the Bhaji Market, so the whole area is always packed with people and the smell of fresh vegetables in the morning. Being on Varachha Road means there is a lot of traffic and it never really gets quiet outside. We have stacks of sarees piled up all over the place. It can get a bit crowded inside when a few customers show up at the same time. We do not have a fancy showroom with big lights. It is a traditional setup where we pull things off the shelves to show whoever walks in. Some of our stock is kept in boxes that are stacked pretty high up toward the ceiling. We spend a good part of our day folding things back up after people take a look at the designs. My family has been working in this area for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners nearby. The shop is a bit old, and the floor is showing its age, but it is a comfortable place for us. Most people come in to see us after they finish their food shopping at the market. It makes the start of the day very busy. We usually get tea from the little stall around the corner while we work. It is a simple business, and we just enjoy talking to the people who come through the door.
