India Ethnic Store Dot Com is based at No. 16/17 in Tulsi Market, which is right on the Ring Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Rusab petrol pump in the Simada Naka area. The market is usually buzzing with activity, and being near the petrol pump means there are always cars and people moving around outside. Inside our space, we keep a lot of inventory related to ethnic products and traditional items. It’s a bit of a warehouse feel sometimes because we have so many boxes and stacks of goods ready to be sent out. Since we have a website name, a lot of what we do involves packing orders and getting them ready for the courier. However, we are still a physical presence here in Tulsi Market. The office is a bit messy with packing tape and shipping labels, but we know our way around the piles. We don't have a team of designers or marketing experts. It’s just us making sure the right items get into the right boxes. Some days are purely about checking the stock we get from suppliers and making sure everything looks okay. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just work out of our units 16 and 17 and try to keep up with the daily orders that come in through the system or from people we know.
