Vision Group Coaching

You can find us at D-16 inside the Ghantakarna Mahavir Market. It’s right off Rander Road, which usually has a lot of people moving around. Vision Group Coaching isn't some big school with a gate, it's just our spot in the market where we sit down and get to the books. The market is noisy, but once you get inside D-16, it’s a bit better for focusing. We’ve got desks and chairs and not much else because we don't need much to teach. I spend a lot of my day here checking schedules and making sure there's enough room for everyone who comes in. Sometimes it gets crowded when a big group shows up at the same time. Rander Road is a good place for us because people can get here easily. We’ve been at this market for a bit now. It feels like a second home really. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the whiteboards are clean, and that’s what matters for the coaching. We try to keep things simple. No fancy gadgets or anything, just explaining the lessons. It's practical. We don't really have a big reception area or anyone to answer phones all day. If I'm not talking to a student, I'm probably fixing a chair or organizing some papers. It’s a local operation and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
