Vipul Jagirdar

Vipul Jagirdar is based right here in the Hassanand Complex. We are in room 101, which is on the first floor. This part of Nanpura, specifically Pratap Nagar, is always moving. There’s always someone coming or going. The complex is an older building, but it serves us well. We’ve spent many years in this office. It’s got a bit of character, you could say. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from getting things done. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end firms with glass walls. It’s just a normal office with normal people working inside. We know the chai wallah nearby and the other shop owners in the complex. It feels like a small community even though we are in a busy city area. Finding us is pretty easy since Hassanand Complex is a well-known landmark in Pratap Nagar. Most people just walk in after finding the sign on the main door. We keep the paperwork moving and deal with whatever comes across the desk each morning. It's a simple way of doing things, really. No big meetings or complicated systems, just hard work and staying in one place for a long time. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Nanpura. It's a good spot for us and we've grown quite fond of the neighborhood and the regular people we see every day when we step outside for a break.
