Ketan M Modi here. You can find me at Maitri Avenue, which is in the Nanpura Daxini Society area. My unit is UG 14, and I’m on the first floor. Nanpura is a nice part of town, it has a bit of an older feel to it compared to some of the new developments. Maitri Avenue is a solid building. I’ve been based here for a while now. My day-to-day usually involves a lot of sitting at my desk and handling various tasks. It’s a quiet office for the most part, which helps with focusing. I don’t go in for all that corporate talk you hear these days. I just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors from the Daxini Society stop by just to say hello. It’s that kind of place. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. I like the routine of coming here every morning. The light in the afternoon comes through the window just right. I don’t have a big philosophy about business. I just think if you show up and do what you said you’d do, that’s enough. Being on the first floor gives me a bit of a view of the street, so I can see what’s going on. It’s a comfortable spot to spend the day. If you’re in Nanpura, you probably know where Maitri Avenue is. I usually walk to get some snacks in the afternoon from the nearby shop.
