You can find me at 501 Ring Road in the 3rd Block. The office is in the Jeevandeep Complex, which is part of the Nagappa Block B section. Being on the fifth floor means I get a decent view of the traffic on Ring Road, though it’s mostly just seeing trucks and cars stuck in line. It’s a bit of a climb if you don’t wait for the lift. I’ve been doing this for a long time now. My office isn't very large, just enough space for a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. I handle a lot of property matters around this area. People come by to talk about leases or buying bits of land. It’s a lot of talking and waiting for paperwork to come through. I usually have the radio playing softly in the background. Ring Road is always noisy, even up here on the fifth floor. Sometimes clients are late because of the traffic, but I don’t mind. It gives me time to catch up on my ledger. This building has many other businesses, so there is always someone walking past the door. I’ve known the security guards at Jeevandeep Complex for years. It’s a practical place to work from. I’m usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just working through the files and meeting folks who need help with real estate stuff.
