Chandresh J Gajera

My name is Chandresh J Gajera and you can find me over at Rachna Society on Varachha Road. I work out of the first floor of Sahjanand Apartment. It is a residential building, so it has a much quieter feel than a big commercial complex. I like it that way because it feels more personal. I have lived and worked around this part of Surat for a long time. The apartment is just a regular place where I keep my things and meet with people when needed. Being on the first floor is handy because nobody has to climb too many stairs. Varachha Road is always humming with noise, but once you step into Rachna Society, it calms down a bit. I spend my days keeping track of my work and making sure everything is in order. It is not a huge operation with dozens of employees. It is just me and the occasional help when things get busy. I start my morning with a cup of chai and a look at my calendar. The neighbors in the apartment are all familiar faces. We see each other in the hallways and say hello. It is a very grounded way to do business. I do not use fancy titles or have a big sign out front. People who need to find me usually know where Sahjanand Apartment is. It is just a humble office where I put in my hours every single day without any fuss.
