This shop is located at number 1085 on the first floor of the New Textile Market. You can find us right on Ring Road, but you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. The New Textile Market is a large building, so we always tell people to look for shop 1085 on the first floor to save them some time. Inside, we have stacks of clothes everywhere. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a big shipment in. We spend a lot of time sorting through the different items and making sure they are priced correctly. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good when the Surat heat gets bad outside. My brother and I run the place together. We usually take turns going for lunch so one of us is always here at Vijay Shree Fashion. The Ring Road area is always humming with noise, even up on the first floor. We have a small window at the back that looks out over an alleyway. It’s mostly just shelves and bags in here. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a place for working, not for showing off. We open early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and we stay until the market lights start going out one by one.
