Veer Saree

Veer Saree is located in the Surat Textile Market, right on the main road of Ring Road. Our shop number is Z-2160. If you’ve ever been to the main road area, you know how hectic it can get with all the trucks and rickshaws constantly moving. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The shop is filled with sarees from the floor to the ceiling. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. We’ve been in the Z block for quite some time now. It’s a small space, so we have to be very careful about how we stack things so nothing falls over. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on people seeing us when they walk through the market looking for something new. Most of our day is spent unfolding and folding fabrics for people to see. It’s tiring work, especially when the market is packed on weekends. We have a few benches for people to sit on, but that’s about it for luxury in our shop. It’s a traditional setup. We know most of the other shop owners around us, and we all just try to get by. Ring Road is the heart of the textile trade here, so there’s no better place for us to be. We just keep our heads down and keep the shop open. It’s a regular saree shop.
