We've been over here at Silicon Palace for a while now, specifically in Wing-A on the third floor. If you know where the SMC store is on Puna Kumbhariya Road, then finding Flat 303 isn't too hard. VC PLACEMENTS AND PAYROLL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a group of us working out of this spot in Surat. We handle the usual stuff that comes with hiring people and making sure everyone gets paid the right amount on time. It’s a lot of paperwork and spreadsheets most days. Some people think Surat is just about textiles, but there’s a lot of office work going on here too. Our office is tucked away in Building A, and it gets pretty busy when the end of the month rolls around because that’s when the payroll cycle hits hard. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with it. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. Dealing with recruitment means meeting all sorts of people looking for jobs and companies trying to find staff. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the traffic on Puna Kumbhariya Road is a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been part of the local scene here in Gujarat for a bit, just doing the daily grind and trying to keep everything organized for the businesses we work with.
