Harshad S Pandya

The office of Harshad S Pandya is situated in 301-302 Nanpura Dalal Chambers. It is on the third floor, so there are some stairs to climb or the lift if it’s working that day. Inside, there are a lot of papers. That is probably the first thing anyone notices when they walk in. We have files stacked on the desks and more in the metal cabinets along the walls. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of typing or the phone ringing. We’ve been at Dalal Chambers for a long time now. The windows look out over Nanpura, and you can see the city moving below while we are up here dealing with documents. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we just got used to over the months. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a workspace where we sit and get through the tasks for the day. Coffee is usually made in a small electric pot in the corner. We know most of the other people in the building, and we see them in the hallway or near the entrance. It is a very normal office environment without any unnecessary extras. We focus on the paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes the ink on the printer runs out right when we are busy, and one of us has to run out to get a replacement. It’s just regular office life here in Nanpura.
