Hemant N Patel has been operating out of U 17 in the Savera Complex on Udhnagam Adajan Road for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where the work gets done every day. Adajan Road stays pretty busy most of the time, and you can always hear the traffic from the window. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and checking the schedule. Being in Savera Complex is convenient because people know the building. It’s got that old-school feel where everyone in the neighboring shops knows each other. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the morning rush starts, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. The desk is usually piled with papers, and the tea guy comes by around eleven which is the highlight of the morning. It’s a simple setup. Nothing is polished or corporate here; it’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you walk past the complex, you’ll see the sign for U 17. Most days are the same, just keeping the rhythm going and making sure we don't fall behind on the paperwork. It’s a local spot, and we like it that way. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us now.
