Rohit M Dholakia

I’m Rohit M Dholakia. I’ve got my setup here on the second floor of the Radhe Shyam Shopping Centre. It’s at number 204 in Katargam. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning. You get used to it after a while, though. The shopping center is usually packed with people. It gets really busy in the afternoons. Our space is pretty simple. There’s a desk, some old files, and a couple of fans. They squeak if you leave them on too long. I’ve lived in Katargam most of my life. I know a lot of the folks who have shops in this building. We mostly deal with local stuff and keep things moving. It’s not always organized perfectly. We know where everything is, though. Sometimes a customer has to wait a bit while I look for a specific piece of paper in the back room. The view from the second floor isn't much to look at. It's just the street and the other shops across the way. It gets hot in the summer, but we manage with the fans. I don't really bother with big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth. Or they just see the name on the door when they’re already upstairs for something else. It’s a quiet enough place to work during the mornings. That's before the midday rush starts. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. It is a regular life.
