Vaishali Integrated White Button Mushroom Project

At Vaishali Integrated White Button Mushroom Project, we spend most of our time looking after the mushrooms. We are located at No. 1003 Swastik Asopalav Co Society on Tadwadi Rander Road. It’s a bit of a long name for a place, but it's where we do everything. Growing mushrooms is a lot of work because they need just the right conditions, so we are always checking on them. It’s not a glamorous job, and your hands get dirty, but we like it well enough. The society here is usually quiet, which helps when you're trying to focus on the small details. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned a lot by just doing it every day. Mistakes happen sometimes, but that's how you learn. We aren't some big corporate farm with hundreds of employees. It's just us here, making sure the white buttons are growing okay. We have our routines and we stick to them. Some days are longer than others, especially when it's time to harvest, but we don't mind much. It feels good to see something grow from nothing. People around the Rander Road area probably know we are here, even if we don't make much noise. We just keep our heads down and keep the project moving along as best as we can.
