Ashoka Agro Agency is located right in the middle of things at 408 Gokulam Arcade on Varachha Road. If you’re coming from Sarthana Jakatnaka, it’s pretty easy to find us. We’ve been set up here for a good bit now, dealing with all kinds of agro stuff. It’s mostly farmers and local guys coming in to see what we have in stock. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure we have what people are asking for. Sometimes the rain messes with the schedule, or things get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name. We don't go in for all that modern marketing stuff. We just believe in having the right things on the shelves when people need them. Working in the agro sector means you have to be patient because things depend on the seasons. Some weeks are quiet and then suddenly everyone needs something at once. We just keep the doors open and try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like being part of the Varachha Road community. It’s where we belong and where we plan to stay for the long haul.
