Jyoti Agro Trader

Bardoli 18 is where you can find our little setup for Jyoti Agro Trader. This area is mostly about farming, so that is what we focus on every single day. We keep a lot of seeds, tools, and different types of fertilizers stacked up in the back room. It’s usually pretty dusty in here because of all the bags moving in and out, but that is just part of the job. My father started this business and I took it over after I finished my schooling. We don't have a computer system that’s very modern, so we still write a lot of things down in big ledgers. Farmers come by early in the morning before they head out to their fields, so we try to be here early too. Sometimes the weather is bad and nobody comes in, which gives us time to clean up the place a bit. We know the land around Bardoli well and what grows best in which season. It is hard work lifting the heavy sacks all day, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People just know the address and they come by when they need to stock up for the next planting. We just try to keep enough stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the farming community here.
