If you are looking for Maitri Creation, you have to head over to Utran. We are at No. 309 in Royal Square. It’s right near the petrol pump at Vip Circle, so it’s a pretty busy spot with people coming and going. Also, Manghabh Chowk is just a short walk away. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a view of the street below us. We can see the cars lining up at the petrol pump and people rushing around the circle all day. The office itself is quite plain. We have our tables and the equipment we use for our work. It gets a lot of light through the windows in the morning, which is nice for us. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick look at what needs to get finished by the evening. Royal Square is a modern enough building, but it still has that local feel to it. There are other businesses on our floor, so we see the same faces every day in the hallway or by the lift. It's a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the number 309 on the door. Utran is a growing area, so there is always something new being built nearby. But we are settled here near the circle for now, just doing our daily thing at Maitri Creation. It is just a normal place.
