We’ve been set up here at Mani Mahal Shopping Center for a while now. It’s on Plot No 42 along Darbari Kothar Road. Sutarwad is a busy spot and we fit right in. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth for exporting things. It's mostly paperwork and coordinating with trucks and shipping agents. Some days are quieter than others, but there's usually something coming in or going out. My cousin helps me with the documentation and we just try to keep things moving. We aren't a giant office with fancy glass walls, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic on Darbari Kothar Road gets backed up, which makes it hard for deliveries, but we manage. People stop by the shop to ask about shipping rates or how to send stuff overseas. We explain how it works as best as we can. It’s a lot of logistical work, honestly. We have a desk, some chairs, and a few computers that always seem to need an update. We've known the other shop owners in the Mani Mahal center for years. It's a tight community here. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the main entrance. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we stay late if a shipment is delayed. It’s just how this business is. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by.
