If you go to the Millennium Textile Market on Ring Road, you’ll find us at H-2417 and 2418. We are on the upper ground floor, so it’s not too hard to find us among the hundreds of other shops. This market is massive and can be very confusing if you aren't used to it. We deal in silk fashion, which means we have a lot of shiny, delicate fabrics around the place. We have to be careful about dust and sunlight so the material doesn't get ruined. The shop is usually crowded with rolls of silk and finished pieces. It’s a family-run business, and we’ve been in the Millennium market since it was much newer. The noise of the market is constant—people shouting, carts rolling by, and the sound of packing tape being pulled. We just tune it out and focus on the silk. Our space is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We spend a lot of time talking to weavers and checking the quality of the thread. It’s a lot of staring at patterns and feeling the weight of the cloth. We don't do anything fancy for the website or brochures. We just let the silk speak for itself. It’s hard work being in such a competitive market, but we enjoy the daily grind and seeing what new designs come in every week.
