Newlife Fashions World is up on the second floor of Savera Complex, right at U/13. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the Rakadiya Hanuman Mandir. You can usually hear the bells from the temple when they have prayers in the evening. It’s a busy part of Udhana, especially with the Nehar nearby. We spend a lot of our time looking at different fabrics and trying to figure out what people in the neighborhood want to wear. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot of stuff onto the racks. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we manage. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the ground level where all the foot traffic is. We’ve got some big windows that let in the light, which helps when we’re checking the colors of the clothes. Working in fashion in a place like Udhana is interesting because trends change so fast. One day everyone wants one thing, and the next week it's something totally different. We just try to keep up with it without making too much of a fuss. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying bags, but most people don't mind. We're usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping the shelves tidy.
