The Oriental Insurance Co

Our office is on the 2nd floor of Firoz Chambers here in Surat. The Oriental Insurance Co has been operating from this location for quite a while. Getting up to the second floor is part of the daily routine for everyone who works here and the people coming in to talk about their policies. Firoz Chambers is a typical commercial building with a lot of different businesses sharing the space. You can hear the hum of the city from the windows, but it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and paper moving around inside. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional office with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. Most of the work involves sitting down with people and going over their documents. Surat is a busy city, and the area around Firoz Chambers reflects that energy. There are always people coming and going. We see a lot of regulars who have been coming to this specific floor for years. The light in the office is okay, but we mostly rely on the overhead tubes. It’s an honest, working environment where we focus on the insurance side of things without any extra fluff. We start early in the morning, getting the files ready before the first visitors arrive. It’s steady work, and we just try to keep things organized in a building that has seen a lot of history.
