We run things out of a row house over in Chikuwadi, specifically at 161 Pandesara Kachpada. It is right across from the Gujarat Housing Board. It does not look like your typical office building because it is a house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers downtown. We have been here for a while now, dealing with all the different types of insurance people need. It is a lot of explaining how policies work and filling out forms that never seem to end. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sitting around a table with stacks of documents. Rajesha Insuarance Company is basically just a few of us working together to keep things organized. We know the neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past the front door every morning. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate on fine print. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people, but usually, we are right here at the row house. We try to keep things honest and clear because insurance can be confusing for a lot of people. There is not any fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. Just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We just do our job, handle the claims when they come in, and make sure the paperwork is filed correctly. It is a regular job in a regular neighborhood, and we are fine with that.
