Our office is at 18/A Narayan Nagar Society. We are located right on the Katargam Singanpor Road in Surat. It is a busy neighborhood and we have been part of it for a while now. Being insurance brokers means we deal with a lot of different companies and even more paperwork. Havmore is just the name on the door, but it is really just us inside working on files. The office gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always on full blast. We have stacks of documents on almost every surface. It is not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. People from the society often drop by with their policy papers. We talk to them about what they need to cover their shops or their cars. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because insurance is just like that. We are not a big fancy firm with suits. We are just regular people helping other regular people get their insurance sorted out. Most days are spent on the computer or filling out logs by hand. It can be a lot of repetitive work, but we stay at it until the job is done. The Katargam area is where we live and work, so it feels like home to us. We just keep things moving one policy at a time and try to stay organized.
