Patel Insurance

We are based in Katargam, specifically on Saibaba Mandir Road at the Anjani Flats. We are right near Dhanmora Chowk, which is a busy spot in this part of Surat. Our office, Patel Insurance, is a small place where we help people with their paperwork and insurance needs. It is not a corporate headquarters, just a local office with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We have a lot of neighbors who stop by just to ask questions about their policies. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic and people going to the temple. We have been here for a while and know many of the families in the area. Most of our day is spent filling out forms and explaining things in simple terms. It is a lot of computer work and phone calls. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of frustration when claims take a long time, but we just try to help as much as we can. The office is pretty basic, nothing fancy to look at. We just want to make sure people have what they need for their vehicles or homes. It’s a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We take things one day at a time here in Katargam. It’s a good community and we like being a part of it.
