My brother and I have been at Swagat Complex on Varachha Road 2 for a long time now. People usually come in when they have some trouble with their vehicle papers or need to renew their life cover. It is not very fancy here. There are some chairs for visitors and a lot of files stacked on the desks. We spend most of the morning drinking tea and looking through computer screens. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We try to explain the forms in a way that makes sense. Dealing with insurance is mostly about reading the small writing and making sure the names are spelled right. It gets very busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. We handle various types of paperwork for cars and health. Most of our neighbors around here know us by name. It is a small place, but we keep it going every day from morning till late. If you walk past the complex, you will see our sign. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It is just a regular office where we do our work and try to help people figure out their documents without getting too stressed. There is no corporate manual here. We just know how things work and try to be honest with everyone.
