Tarun Insurance & Services

Tarun Insurance & Services is located in the Parvat area. It’s a place that feels very much like a community, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we handle all the insurance needs for the local residents. We do a bit of everything, from vehicle insurance to health and life policies. Most of the day is spent sitting at the desk, filling out forms on the computer, or talking to people on the phone. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s important. People come to us when they are worried about an accident or when they need to renew their paperwork. We try to explain things in plain English because insurance can be really confusing with all the fine print and technical terms. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while we go through the documents together. The Parvat area is where we live and work, so we often see our customers when we are out getting groceries or at the local tea stall. It makes the business feel more personal. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular room with some files and a fan that squeaks a bit. We like it that way. It’s quiet enough to get the work done, and we’ve built up a lot of trust with the people around here.
