Tejash Tyres

Tejash Tyres is located in the Ratnamala Appartments area of Katargam. We are near Gajera School, which means the road gets really packed when the kids are heading home in the afternoon. Munirama Reddy is the specific spot. We handle all sorts of tyre issues here. It’s a basic shop, nothing too fancy. We have stacks of rubber everywhere and the smell of new tyres is pretty strong when you walk in. I started this because I knew a bit about cars and it seemed like a steady way to make a living. We see a lot of the same people coming back year after year. It’s nice to have regular customers from the neighborhood. We don’t spend money on big signs or bright lights. Most of our work comes from people just driving by or living nearby in the apartments. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just have to wait it out or work with flashlights. It’s not always easy, but we make it work. The shop floor is usually a bit messy with tools and scraps, but that’s just how a tyre shop looks. We don't have a receptionist, so if we're under a car, you might have to wait a minute for us to come out. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
